Todd Roman is a Louisville native, growing up just outside the city in Fern Creek. He attended Trinity High School and Eastern Kentucky University. In 1986, Todd began working in the service industry and has never looked back. Starting as a door host, busboy, bar back and bartender gave him a valuable foundation for what would have been his life's work. This foundation allowed him to develop a business philosophy that still serves him well today. This philosophy has led to a steady growth over the past 17 years and has guided the business’s expansion into Louisville from Nashville over five years ago. Todd is currently a partner in four service industry businesses, employing nearly 140 people. He is responsible for Human Resources and the daily operation of the businesses.

with over a dozen charities and organizations, including the Derby City Sisters, the Fairness Campaign, the Derby City Bears, the House of Ruth and the Kentuckiana Pride Foundation just to name a few; helping them to raise funds for their organizations.
