About the Foundation

Kentuckiana Pride Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) dedicated to promoting social, economic, and health equity of Kentuckiana’s sexual and gender minorities, we advocate pride, celebrate achievements, and educate leaders. KPF in its current format was founded in 2000 but began in the 1980s as a group picnic for queer individuals and has grown to be one of the largest LGBTQ+ foundations in the Kentuckiana region.

Since the year 2000, we’ve been dancing in the streets of Louisville.
